Information under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59). Last updated: May 2026 (version 2026-05-26).
When you have bought an item by placing a bid on ccauktioner.se, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal as a consumer, without having to give any reason.
The 14 days are counted from the day after you receive the item — for in-person collection: the day after you collect the item; for shipping: the day after delivery to you.
The right applies to all purchases made via ccauktioner.se, regardless of whether the underlying item was previously owned by a private seller. The seller in relation to you is CCAuktioner (registered as a secondary trade name of Skånerot AB, Swedish company reg. no. 5566255849), selling as a commission agent in its own name and acting as a business operator under the Consumer Sales Act (2022:260) and the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59).
You can notify us in any of the following ways:
Your notice must be sent before the 14-day period expires. It is sufficient that you send the notice within the deadline — you do not need to have received a reply from us within 14 days.
We will refund the full amount you paid for the item, including any artist resale right or shipping fees that were part of the invoice, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned it — whichever occurs first (Distance Contracts Act, Chapter 2, Section 13).
Refunds are issued via the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed.
The right of withdrawal applies in addition to and does not affect:
